Because our services involve custom work, lead generation, and time spent building or delivering results, all sales are generally final once work has started.
We may offer a refund only in special cases, such as:

- We failed to deliver the service because of an issue on our side.
- We agree to a refund in writing.
- A refund is required by law.
In most cases, the following are not refundable:
- Delivered lead lists.
- Custom research.
- Setup fees.
- Consulting time.
- Monthly plans after the billing period has started.
